How To Access This Offer
Claiming the Welcome Offer is simple. When you complete our Lab Submission Form, just tick the “New Customer Welcome Offer” box. That’s all that’s required. If you are among the first 10 submissions (minimum 5 samples, maximum 80), the 50% discount will be automatically applied to your order.
What To Expect
Send us your samples via a courier of your choice, drop them off at our West Auckland lab. Return postage can either be pre-paid by you or arranged by Aqualore Labs and added to your invoice, depending on your preference.
Expert Analysis:
All samples are processed to NEMS (2022) standards, with careful attention at every step. We apply the same level of accuracy, consistency, and respect to every order, regardless of size.
Clear Results:
You’ll receive your data in a clear results package, including a concise guide to interpretation. Results are delivered electronically, with the option to have your preserved samples returned by post if you selected this in the submission form.
Fast Turnaround:
We process and deliver results efficiently, ensuring you receive your data as quickly as possible while maintaining full accuracy and care.
Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: Offer is available to new customers who have not previously placed an order with Aqualore Labs
Discount: 50% off your first order, valid for the first 10 customers only.
Order size: Minimum 5 samples, maximum 80 samples per order under this offer.
One per organisation: Applies once per organisation, business or council. Cannot be used under multiple names to receive multiple discounts.
Shipping not included: Discount applies to analysis fees only. You are responsible for dropping off samples, arranging courier delivery, or covering all postage costs for sending and returning items.
Sample condition: Please ensure samples are securely sealed. If samples leak and ethanol needs replacing, an ethanol charge will apply.
Limited availability: Once the first 10 eligible customers have claimed this offer, standard pricing applies.
Fair use: Aqualore Labs reserves the right to decline or adjust orders that it considers unreasonable or inconsistent with this offer.
Non-transferable: The discount cannot be gifted, transferred, or resold.
General: These promotional Terms & Conditions apply in addition to Aqualore Labs’ standard Terms & Conditions. Where there is any conflict, the promotional conditions take precedence for this offer only.
Turnaround: Samples under this offer will be processed within Aqualore Labs’ standard timeframes.
Payment: Invoicing is issued upon completion of the job, with standard 14-day payment terms applying.
Exclusions: Add-on services (including but not limited to: Macroinvertebrate Photo Summaries, Priority Service, Field Services, or supply of jars/ethanol) are not included in this offer and will be charged at standard rates.
